TOGU continues to participate in international student fairs to increase the diversity and recognition of international students. In this context, our university attended the fairs organized in Strasbourg, France and Cotonou, Benin last week. Our delegates had a chance to meet students from Africa and Europe who wish to be a part of our university in the new term.

At the Strasbourg Higher Education Fair, which was organized for the first time in Europe by the Turkish Maarif Foundation, our university was represented by Rector Prof. Dr. Bünyamin Şahin, International Relations Coordinator Prof. Dr. Kubilay Özyer, and Erasmus Institutional Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Fehim Kuruloğlu. 14 universities from Turkey and hundreds of students and families attended the event held at the Strasbourg Permanent Representation.

Another group from TOGU International Relations Office participated at the SUTAB (Turkish Universities Fair) held in Cotonou, the financial capital city of Benin. In the fair attended by more than two thousand visitors, our university was represented by Mevlana Institutional Coordinator Asst. Prof. Dr. Onur Işık and International Graduate Student Coordinator Lecturer Murat Topaloğlu. In addition to the event held on 25-26 March, our representatives also visited our Cotonou Ambassador Kemal Onur Özçeri and gave information about our university's activities in West Africa and its internationalization efforts.
