A “Career Academy” Protocol was signed between our university and Tokat İŞKUR Provincial Directorate. The signing ceremony of the protocol held in cooperation with TOGÜ, İŞKUR and KARMER within the framework of the "Future of Professions, the Future of Professions" studies and the National Youth Employment Strategy Action Plan (2021-2023), was attended by our Rector Prof. Bünyamin Şahin, Vice Rector Prof. İsa Gökçe, Tokat İŞKUR Provincial Director Bekir Fındık and TOGÜ KARMER Director Assoc. Dogan Bozdogan joined.

With this Protocol, it is aimed to increase the rate of youth employment, to develop training programs tailored to the needs of the sector, and to train a well-equipped and qualified workforce. The training programs, in which the professionals in the sector will also take part as educators, will include video, online, formal and on-the-job training steps, respectively. On the job training part of the programs, which are based on the employment of successful young people as a result of the trainings, the "Daily Pocket Allowance" payment, "General Health Insurance" and "Work Accident and Occupational Disease Insurance" bounty will be covered by İŞKUR. While it is aimed to benefit 1500 students and new graduates from these rights during the project process, it is planned to cooperate with more than 50 companies in line with the protocol.
